又來新花樣

今天回到公司開了電郵,看了就想笑。看吧,又是新花樣!

Dear Colleagues,
We have concluded our new Letter of Appointment ("LOA") to be in line with the amended Singapore Employment Act which take effect on 1 January 2009.
The objective of revamping our Letter of LOA is to keep pace with the changes in the labour market practice since the LOA was effected in 2000.
In addition to the above new LOA, we would also present our Employee Handbook. This handbook represents a brief summary of some of the important company policies relative to employment, but not intended to be all inclusive of company policies or practices.
The transition period shall be from 6 ~ 8 May 2009 and based on the following manners:
1) sign the letter of termination and re-employment
2) sign the new letter of appointment
3) issue a copy of the Employee Handbook
4) sign the acknowledgement receipt of the Employee Handbook
Staff will receive the time slot from me to perform the above activities.

這樣也可以哦?!那麽我們這些老員工幾年的任職期不是化爲烏有?
